In Schiedel, we use a parallel system: on the one side, the Schiedel countries have individual training plans and function-specific training offers. Depending on the topic, internal or external trainers carry out the training sessions.
On the other side, Schiedel can make use of the joint training organisation together with Lafarge. Personnel development and further training offers are provided on a cross-functional and -business level on relevant topics. To these belong management programmes as well as language seminars, presentation skills, time management etc.
