We are looking forward to your application, regardless of whether you respond to a job announcement or whether you consider Schiedel your personal favourite employer. We would like to inform you about what is important for us and how we deal with your application after we receive it.

You have not found an appropriate position is the current job postings, but would still like to work for Schiedel. Then apply anyway - maybe tomorrow a vacany will be available that fits to your profile. However, in this case, please provide tangible ideas in which area or function you would like to work.

Your application should be meaningful! What do we mean by that? It should always include a cover letter which shows which position or function you are applying for in which country and why you think, that you have the necessary skills. Then we would appreciate a clearly structured, chronological CV which includes your professional life so far ? it would also be helpful if you could include bits of information to the positions you had.
If you apply "traditionally" via regular mail, please enclose references from prior employers and other qualification supporting documents. If you apply via e-mail, please keep the data size small; here, just send your cover letter and your CV.

This is what happens with your application:
You applied to an actual job announcement to us or a consultant (where applicable)?
- First, all incoming application are gathered and evaluated according to the required profile.
- After two to three weeks we have a shortlist of those applicants who seem most appropriate for our requirements.
- These will be invited to a personal interview.
- Those candidates who cannot be taken into account will receive an answer as soon as possible.
Unsolicited applications
- We check if there is a suitable position announcement in our company.
- If not, we check with the respective departments whether they might be interested in the profile.
