We use a job evaluation system to make management positions transparent and comparable. If you are in a management function, we will evaluate your work and skills regularly and work together with you to identify development potentials.

Talent Management

Schiedel invests in a leadership program, the so called Schiedel Management Development Program (SMDP).

Together with the Austrian Business School LIMAK Schiedel developed a general management program tailored to Schiedel’s needs and culture.


Regularly  a select group of talents is identified, who will be trained a wide range of management topics and work on important Schiedel projects.
