{"id":13327,"date":"2019-02-15T12:44:07","date_gmt":"2019-02-15T11:44:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.schiedel.com\/uk\/?p=13327"},"modified":"2022-01-27T14:28:07","modified_gmt":"2022-01-27T13:28:07","slug":"hp5000-flue-at-mariner-leisure-centre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.schiedel.com\/uk\/hp5000-flue-at-mariner-leisure-centre\/","title":{"rendered":"HP5000 Flue at Mariner Leisure Centre"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><h1>HP5000 Flue at Mariner Leisure Centre<\/h1>\n<p><strong>A project at the Mariner Leisure Centre, which is located not too far from the impressive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scottishcanals.co.uk\/falkirk-wheel\/\">Falkirk Wheel<\/a> in Falkirk for our client, <a href=\"https:\/\/sse.co.uk\/home\">SSE<\/a>, was to to supply, deliver and install a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schiedel.com\/uk\/products\/steel-system-chimneys\/hp-5000\/\">HP 5000<\/a>\u00a0250mmID\/350mmOD flue\u00a0 (50 cav) off\u00a0 a Capstone C65 CHP\u00a0a gas turbine one.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It then rose\u00a0vertically before turning 87\u00b0 to run at 3\u00b0 to the horizontal, with a 90\u00b0 bend, for approximately 5 metres to connect into a HP 5000\u00a0250mmID\/300mmOD\u00a0(25 Cav) drained tee and then rising vertically for approximately 9m to termination.<\/p>\n<p>HP 5000 has an extensive range of twin and single wall components with 25mm and 50mm cavity insulation, giving it the versatility required to meet the widest range of applications.
