Stormcollars now Accessories

We have reclassified our storm collars (ADS, ATS, MES, MFS, UES, UKS, USSR) as system-independent accessories. Here are the key changes:

New Diameter Designation: The diameter is now indicated by the CLAMP diameter (the diameter of the chimney's outer pipe) instead of the previously used system diameter. This simplifies choosing the correct storm collar and avoids confusion with the internal diameter.
Streamlined Assortment: The basic data and descriptions have been adjusted. This has resulted in 30 fewer SAP codes, making the assortment clearer and easier to manage.
Benefits for you: This change reduces the number of items you need to stock and allows Schiedel to offer more competitive prices. Storm collars belong to the accessories discount group (OW) and have, on balance, become cheaper.

Standardization Prima Smooth in Black (910)

Due to high demand for Prima Smooth items in color 910 (black), which previously had to be ordered as custom-painted items, the most popular items are now available as standard components.

Streamlined Ordering: This change makes ordering much easier for you, as these items now have standard codes included in our Prima Smooth price list and are available in our webshop.
Perfect Match: The color of these components seamlessly matches the stove color widely used in the Benelux region.
Easy to Repair: Minor damage to the paint can be easily repaired with a spray can of black 910, item no. 165100.

New Prima Smooth (PS) and Flexible (XD) Adapters

Great news for the flexibility of your installations! Two new adapters with a diameter of 130 mm are now available as standard:

Weather Cap 125mm for Prima Smooth

Especially for renovation projects where Prima Smooth is frequently used, we're introducing a new draught-enhancing weathercap. Previously, the ME weather cap terminal was often used for this purpose, but it wasn't available in a 125 mm diameter. Therefore, a draught-enhancing cowl in 125 mm diameter is now available specifically for Prima Smooth. This offers a suitable solution for this common situation.
