Talent Management

Schiedel invests in a leadership program, the so called Schiedel Management Development Program (SMDP). Together with the Austrian Business School LIMAK Schiedel developed a general management program tailored to Schiedel’s needs and culture.

Regularly a select group of talents is identified, who will be trained a wide range of management topics and work on important Schiedel projects.

About you:             

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Outgoing personality and personal resilience with the ability to question and challenge.
  • Proactive with good organisation and time management skills.

Your day to day responsibilities:

  • Banking
  • Credit control
  • Payment processing
  • Cash flow

What we can expect from you:

  • Knowledge in a previous financial role would be an advantage.
  • Ability to quickly understand our accounting processes and systems. 
  • Relevant IT skills.
  • Willingness to learn about the processes involved in the role.
