Planning phase: During the planning phase, Schiedel prepares chimney calculations, material lists, on-site measurements if necessary, etc. for your construction project. We advise on the implementation of our solutions in terms of statics, fire protection, environmental requirements, etc.
Sales support: We are available to advise our customers and partners on all topics to ensure the successful implementation of your project. After the purchase: We are at your side even years after installation. We are also happy to advise you on old systems. We offer you individual solutions for necessary adaptations.
Logistics
We deliver our products directly to your construction site as requested or on call: throughout Germany, including to the German islands. Our deliveries and the cooperation with our forwarding agents are based on the standards of the German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions.
