Single module chimney with NEM modules is the simplest and most versatile chimney system. The molded elements make chimney building easy, even if it's your first time trying to build it yourself.

Highlights

This single module system is made of pumice concrete and is designed to make chimney construction quick and easy. It is suitable for stoves and solid fuel boilers with flue gas temperatures above 200°C and supports fuel types such as wood and coal. The system can be armed up to 6.75 meters and requires no distance to combustible materials at flue gas temperatures up to 400°C. With precise modules and integrated inner tubes and outer elements, it is easy to work with, and only the free-standing part needs to be surface treated.

The chimney elements are made of insulating pumice stone, so the chimney itself never reaches high surface temperatures. If the flue gas temperature does not exceed 400°C, the Schiedel ISOKERN NEM single module chimney is CE marked with 0 distance to combustible material.

Easy installation

The chimney consists of modular pumice elements that are easy to work with, as the inner pipe and outer element are a single unit. As the elements are made with perfectly straight surfaces, very high production precision is achieved.

Made from volcanic pumice stone

All ISOKERN products are manufactured from natural volcanic pumice sourced from the Hekla volcano in Iceland. The mineral modules are cast directly without requiring a kiln-firing process. At the end of their operational lifecycle, the mineral components can be processed and reused as construction aggregate.
