A modern industrial oven requires a versatile exhaust system that does more than just vent flue gases. It must also effectively remove steam, supply fresh air for the burner, and manage the hot air from the oven opening. Typically, four separate pipes are required for this purpose:
Flue gases and steam are often collected via a cascade system and routed to a central heat recovery system.
