The flue then rose vertically for approx. 11m to termination with the offset around the building overhang.<\/p>\n<p>At the base of the system was a 135\u00b0 Tee, below which was positioned a support plate assembly with tee cap and a drain connection. The\u00a0system terminated above the roof and was finished with a tapered terminal.<\/p>\n<p>All systems were horizontally supported by means of ceiling hangers and vertically by means of adjustable wall brackets and support plates.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schiedel.com\/ie\/products\/steel-system-chimneys\/ics\/\"><strong>ICS 5000<\/strong><\/a> is a twin wall flue manufactured with a\u00a0 stainless steel liner and stainless steel case.\u00a0 It is insulated with a 25mm thick high-density superwool blanket and is designed to accommodate pressures up to 5000pa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Features include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuous Firing Temp:- 540\u00b0 C<\/li>\n<li>Short Firing Temp:- 760\u00b0 C<\/li>\n<li>Pressure Capabilities:- 5000Pa<\/li>\n<li>Fire Rating:- 4hrs to BS476 Part 20<\/li>\n<li>Thermal Shock:- 1100\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Ave. Thermal Resistance (200\u00b0C):- 0.508m\u00b2 K\/w<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][mk_blog_carousel][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1527682575259{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;] Flue for a Distribution Centre in Amesbury.
