TecnoFlex is made from corrosion resistant 316L stainless steel. TecnoFlex Plus is also CE Certified to EN1856-2 TUV 0036 CPR 9195 035.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"641\" data-cookieconsent=\"statistics, marketing\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Y_J3_nRIh5Q?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><div class=\"cookieconsent-optout-statistics cookieconsent-optout-marketing\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p>Tecnoflex is made from type 316L steel, which is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel. It contains around 2% to 3%\u00a0percent molybdenum. Molybdenum is a chemical element which increases corrosion resistance and increases strength at high temperatures. which is ideal for chimney flues.\u00a0This particular grade of steel is also very effective in protecting against corrosion caused by acids, as well as acid sulphates and alkaline chlorides.<\/p>\n<p>TecnoFlex Plus is also available in type 904L steel, which has the addition of\u00a0copper, which gives improved corrosion resistant properties.
